Analýza příčin ztrátovosti podniku a zavedení racionalizačních změn firmy Novogear spol. s r.o.

Abstract

Bakalárská práce je zamerena na rízení zásob v podniku a na možnosti jeho zlepšení. První cást predstaví firmu, její historii a možnosti. Druhá cást obsahuje úkoly a cíle zásobování. Je zde venována pozornost problematice jednotlivých systému rízení zásob. Tretí cást se zameruje na konkrétní podnik a soustredí se na dosavadní zpusob rízení zásob. Ctvrtá cást analyzuje vybrané položky zásob a konkrétní možnosti zlepšení.

The bachelor thesis is aimed at inventory control in a company and possibilities of its improvement. The first part introduces a company, its history and its possibilities. The following, second part is focused on tasks and targets of the supply. The attention is aimed at particular systems of the inventory control. The third part is focused on a particular firm and its present way of the inventory control. The fourth part analyzes chosen items of reserves and particular possibilities of its improvement.
