Abstract

The bachelor thesis includes the proposal and construction of a new generation of car fifth door locks. The proposal deals with a change in the mechanism used today. The modified lock is designed for new generation of cars that contain an actuator. The conditions, documents and initial models are based on the company Brano a.s., which is also the contracting authority. The lock must be kept functional and the original geometry must be preserved in order to be able to install the lock in existing automotive concerns. The bachelor's thesis contains research on the history and issues of the locker, types of locker. Solution and composition of individual parts of the lock system, which were calculated, dimensioned and solved in CAD software
