Abstract

The master thesis deals with a basic description of the most important thermophysiological models. Significant part of the search describes thermophysiological model created by Fiala. The practical part of thesis deals with implementation of the Fiala's thermophysiological model on real human geometry, by using finite element method. Geometry of human body was formed by surface mesh, so it was necessary convert to volume model, which was subsequently meshed. For geometry creation and meshing was used commercial software ANSYS 19.2. Own settings of the entire model was perfomed using ECF configuration files, which are used to set up the open-source library ESPRESO. Using this parallel library in combination with HPC, was solved modified passive system of the Fiala's thermophysiological model by the finite element method. This model was used to study the scalability of the open-source library ESPRESO.
