Optimalizace technického postupu výroby

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá optimalizací technického postupu výroby a má za úkol zajistit požadované množství pro výrobu. Během optimalizace bylo nutné změnit nástroje pro obrábění. Díky této změně a jeho následné optimalizaci jsem nejen schopen zabezpečit množství vyrobených kusů, ale dosáhnout i významné časové úspory. Tato časová úspora má zásadní vliv na ekonomickou vlastnost projektu. Dokonce je možné hledat ještě další časové úspory v případě využití stejného nástroje pouze s větším poloměrem zaoblení.

The diploma thesis deals with the optimization of the technical process of production and aims to ensure the required quantity for production. During the optimization, it was necessary to change the machining tools. Thanks to this change and its subsequent optimization, I am not only able to secure the number of pieces produced, but also to achieve significant time savings. This time saving has a major impact on the economic nature of the project. It is even possible to look for even more time savings if you use the same tool only with a larger rounding radius.
