Abstract

The topic of the bachelor thesis is the design of a pneumatic circuit for a universal cutting device for small series production of small parts and possible pressing. In the initial theoretical part, research is made, which deals with the topic of cutting technology. The practical part is then devoted to the design of the working element based on the calculated cutting force, the design of the pneumatic circuit based on its safety and functional requirements, the selection of individual elements and the calculation of the flow throughput for the chosen elements. The last part then consists of the practical construction of the circuit in the laboratory and verification of its functionality.
