Modernizace skladového hospodářství využitím čárových kódů

Abstract

The bachelor's thesis deals with the modernization of warehouse management in the company Medi7 distribuce, s.r.o. The modernization consists of active work with product code marking. In the first part, an analysis of the current state of the company is carried out from various perspectives, which reveals many bottlenecks in the logistics process. Based on the data from the first part of the thesis, optimizations are proposed in the form of implementing mobile terminals into the logistics process, integrating two information systems of the company and automating partial administrative activities. The result is a new model of material and information flow for the given company.
