Abstract
In the first chapter which introduce theoretical part of this bachelor work are defined terms related to a building evaluation and give an idea about evaluation methods.
The building evaluation serves to a determination of its price and is carried out by force of two approaches which are administrative evaluation and market evaluation. While the main task of market evaluation is estimate price of market value of a building in practice it reflects the real condition of market on other hand determination of a administrative price should be construed by given price regulation. However in practice the price regulation does not reflect with the real value of a real estate and is extensively diverging
The work is established in reference to the information above, which come out from hypothesis that administrative price, thus price according to legislative rule, evaluation of a building is in accord with its market value. On the base of ilustrative example of a real estate is this hypothesis confirmed / reputed. Hereby the work is fulfiling its aim, which is point out potential price differencies of evaluated building according to legislative rule and according to market evaluation and defined causes why the phenomenon arising is. The results and evaluation are summarized
For the market evaluation is used a comparison method on other hand for the administrative evaluation is carried out calculation of a value according to regulation No. 3/2008 Sb.
