Analýza podmínek obrábění slitin mědi

Abstract

The diploma thesis deals with the issue of machining copper and copper alloys. The theoretical part is devoted to the basic division of types of copper alloys, chemical composition and mechanical properties. Furthermore, themachinability of these alloys is analyzed in the theoretical part. The practical part includes the design and comparison of the machining of two selected alloy materials using two selected types of Interchangeable cutting inserts. Next the practical part is supperted by experimental testing, which was going on on the CNC machine NLX 2500 MC/700 located in the laboratory of the Department of Machining, Assembly and Engineering Metrology, Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, VSB - Technical university of Ostrava. In conclusion of the thesis, the course and results of experiment are evaluated.
