Abstract
The diploma thesis deals with the design of a mobile inclined lift, designed for the transport of loads on construction sites, together with research on the topic of mobile construction lifts. As part of the construction solution, a ladder structure is designed, which can be assembled in a modular manner from two-meter parts. The propulsion is created by a winch located at the base of the lift. The winch is powered by a 1,8 kW electric motor. A rope of STANDARD construction with a diameter of 6 mm is wound on the winch drum in three layers. The drive, load-bearing structure and steel rope are designed for the transport of loads weighing up to 250 kg up to a height of 19 m and a lifting speed of 30 m∙ min^(-1).
This whole structure was designed regarding to minimize the total weight of the lift. Another output of the diploma thesis is a comprehensive drawing of the entire lift, which emphasizes the safety features of the lift. The drawing is an attachment to the work.
