Abstract

The bachelor's thesis deals with the design of a hydraulic press for the production of rubber tiles. The introductory literature describes the history, principle and method of production of rubber products. The function and method of using rubber tiles are also explained there. The practical part deals with the design of the press itself. First, it was necessary to determine the requirements and select the circuit that would be most suitable. I also performed the necessary calculations, designed the drive concept and suitable hydraulic components. At the end of the thesis is an assignment for subsequent professions. The work includes instructions for operation and maintenance of the equipment, drawing documentation of the hydraulic cylinder, relief block, hydraulic unit and also a functional diagram of the hydraulic unit.
