Abstract

Master thesis deals with design of tilting rotary table. Tilting rotary table has the task to flip the cylindrical – shaped burden and in horizontal position to rotate burden. The introduction describes what tilting tables are and for what they are used. Next, they are explored constructions of the already build tilting tables and means of the transport of cylindrical-shaped burdens. Further are detailed specified shapes of the burdens, followed by description of the designed construction. Construction of tilting rotary table is divided into major subassemblies. Further is described the design and calculation of drive - slewing ring of the table, shifting the burden and tilting table. In conclusion are summarizes the results of the tilting rotary table design and maintenance recommendations.
