Abstract

The bachelor thesis is focused on the assessment of resistance brazing method and optimization of brazing parameters. The theoretical part characterizes the methods of resistance pressure welding, brazing, weld ability and solder ability of material. The practical part includes components of moving conductive strip BD 250. Subsequently, the thesis defines possible defects that can arise during the resistance brazing of components. The objective of the thesis is the adjustment of resistance brazing parameters, the performance of brazed joints and their evaluation compared with the original method. The principles and test results are given at the end of work with the evaluation of the whole issue.
