The thesis deals with a complete design of heat pump implementation for a residential house in locality of the town of Bílovec, county Nový Jičín, with utilization of a low-potential geothermal heat for heating water and hot service water. This system replaces the existing system using a gas boiler.
The thesis focuses on design and calculations of the whole heating system and its individual parts, theoretical part is elaborated only marginally. Elaborated were calculations of seasonal heat consumption for heating and preparation of hot water, capacity and balance calculations of the heat pump. At the same time was carried out a comparison of economic and environmental aspects of both energy resources.
