Zlepšení zákaznických služeb užitím mobilních technologií

Abstract

In my bachelor thesis I will examine mobile technoloies which can improve customer services. I will closer focuse on technolgies, which provide information transfer, but also I will mention how we can write and apply data as well. The first part describes beginning of mobile networks and historical technical development among particular generations. Next I want point out information about products and their identification by radio frequency of barcode. Following chapter presents NFC, its usage, characteristics and implementation into real life. Further I examine premium SMS and donor DMS. In the end of my thesis I try to propose technical concept of payments and reading of products in mall.
