Abstract

Constantly larger emphasize is nowadays imposed on correct and effective ways of communication. The ability of correct communication is required from employees in every career. In the field of advisory services is communication competence highly expected because the success of every advisory company is dependent on it. The better is the advisor able to carry out the dialogue with a client, the better his empathy, tact and ability to listen are, the better results are then achieved for the company. This is the topic of presented bachelor thesis.
