Abstract

This bachelor´s thesis deal with mounting equipment used for the deep holes drilling. Introduction part gives a basic view about history and substantiality on drilling process. This is followed by overview of the most widely used tools and methods for the deep holes drilling. An integral part of the deep holes drilling is supply and type of process medium. Suitable process medium with proper supply and correct pressure allow us higher cutting speed, machine time decrease and longer tool service life. Aim of the thesis is to describe mounting proces for drilling machine assembled on workplace VSB-TU, faculty of mechanical engineering and experimentally verified functionality of the tools intended for deep holes drilling.
