Abstract

Thesis focuses on evaluation of customer satisfaction with services provided by particular consulting company. The thesis consists of theoretical part and practical part. Theoretical concepts such as quality and quality management system, customer, provided service, atc. are clarified in the first part. Practical part intorduces the consulting company and analysis of customer satisfaction while utilizing specific methods. The thesis concludes with summary of results and suggestions on increasing of customer satisfaction.
