Abstract
The diploma thesis „Motivation and remuneration system of employees in a selected company“ deals with the issue of defining employees remuneration system. It depicts the remuneration of employees and management, employees‘ benefits and motivation.
The practical part is focused on the current analysis of the system of employees‘ benefits in a particular company. It is included a description of the offered benefits, a survey of the questionnaire and evaluation of the hypothesis. The final part is focused on the evaluation of remuneration, motivation and recommendation system for a selected company.
