Abstract
This PhD thesis on „Design of control system and drive of rests for equilibration of the elastic deformation of crankshaft during the establishment process and machining“ elaborate mentioned topic on theoretical and also practical level. Results of this work has been a base for realization mentioned technologies in VÍTKOVICE HEAVY MACHINERY, a.s.
In the first part, there is described the analysis of existing technology of manufacturing of final product, its specifications, economic benefits and methods of implementation. The next part is engaged to creation of geometric and mathematical model of crank shaft, fitting algorithms, computer simulator that are subsequently the basis for rests design, design of wireless system for measurement of deflection of crank shaft, design of control system for rests and drives. This method eliminates, among others, possible failures during the realisation respectively minimizes costs related to repairs and modification during the recovery and testing. The final part describes testing, verifying the functionality of prototype control system of the rests and comparative laboratory testing with real facts.
