Strategie územního celku Hlučínska

Abstract

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na strategii největšího sídla Hlučínska, město Hlučín. Cílem práce je zanalyzovat současný stav města, jeho silné a slabé stránky, příležitosti a hrozby a navrhnout možná řešení, která přispějí ke zlepšení situace obce a jejímu rozvoji. První část je věnována teoretickým poznatkům, především popisu SWOT analýzy a strategického plánu města. Dále jsem v této části vymezila rozdíly mezi strategií územního celku a strategií organizace. Druhá část je zaměřena na identifikaci daného území. Nejdříve jsem se pokusila charakterizovat území Hlučínska jako celku a poté následuje podrobnější charakteristika vybrané obce Hlučín. Definuji zde historii a zejména profil města. Ve třetí části zpracovávám komplexní SWOT analýzu zvolené lokality. Na základě SWOT analýzy a situačního profilu města se na závěr pokusím navrhnout priority a opatření pro další rozvoj analyzovaného území.

The graduation theses is focused on the strategy of the largest establishment of Hlučínsko, the town Hlučín. The goal is to analyze the current state of the city, its strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats and propose possible solutions that will improve the situation of the municipality and its development. The first part is devoted to theoretical knowledge, especially the description of the SWOT analysis and strategic plan for the city. Then I outlined the differences between the strategy of terriotrial complex and organization strategy. The second part focuses on the identification of the area. I first tried to characterize the Hlučín as a whole, followed by more detailed characteristics of the selected municipalities Hlucin. I define the history and especially a profile of the city. In the third part I cover a comprehensive SWOT analysis of selected location. Based on the SWOT analysis and situational profile of the city I try to propose priorities and actions for the further development of the analyzed territory at the end.
