Měření spokojenosti obyvatel se službami a zázemím městského obvodu

Abstract

The topic of this diploma thesis is residents' satisfaction measurement with the services and facilities of city district. The main goal of the thesis is measure resident´s satisfaction in the City District Poruba in the fields as overall satisfaction, the work of the authorities, transport service and future investments. The thesis is divided into several parts. In theoretical part will be described environment of city district Ostrava Poruba and theoretical basis of measuring resident´s satisfaction. In application part will be description of research methodology. Data will be ensured by quantitative research by written and electronics questioning. Then will be evaluated individual questions and performed statistical testing. At the final part of thesis will be established proposals and recommendations for better quality life in Poruba.
