Abstract

The goal of the master thesis is to develop the position controller for pneumatic drive using the signal processor and Matlab&Simulink. The thesis has three main parts. The firts part is focused on the hardware connection between microcontroller and pneumatic system . The second task deals with the experimental identification of pneumatic drive in order to obtain the transfer function of pneumatic system. Finally with the help of transfer function and Matlab&Simulink software, the control algorithm is developed, programmed on the microcontroller and tested.
