Abstract

My bachelor thesis deals with the problems of hydraulic oil analysis in CNC machine tools in Meopta - optika s.r.o. Firstly I would like to focus on basic information about Meopta and basic facts about CNC machines including the description of selected machines for which sampling and measurement were performed. Secondly, I would like to focus on the evaluation of the current operational use of the technical diagnostics, a description of the tests performed by Meopta and tests in the laboratory of VŠB-TU, according to the standards for measuring liquid lubricants. And in the final chapter, I would like to provide recommendations and changes for future operation and measurement of hydraulic oil. The complete measurement protocols are listed in the annexes.
