Návrh spalovací komory pro nahřívání pyrolýzní pece

Abstract

This master thesis deals with optimization design of combustion chamber for pyrolisys unit. The first part is devoted to verification of combustion chamber by analytical and numerical calculation methods. For numerical calculation ANSYS FLUENT software has been used. Potential modifications have been designed based on achieved results. The second part is devoted to increasing general efficiency of this unit. It concerns design of possible cooling solutions for pyrolisys gas and combustion products. When selecting the best proposals technical and economical feasibility of the solution has been emphasized.
