Optimalizace řešení nové koncepce šnekové převodovky

Abstract

The Company TOS Znojmo produces about 5000 worm gearboxes size 70 a year. They performed innovation of the current series which had cast iron case in 2002. New series with case made of aluminum alloy enabled to let down the mass and raise the torques by the help of the involute worm. This thesis is trying to find another things which can improve the current concept. This including bearings and another decrease the mass. Thesis is not to trying to find a solution to worm gear, which people from the TOS don´t want to change. Worm gear is made for purpose of the maximum efficiency. Therefore they use unnnormalized modules becase of they booked a special fabricators.
