Analýza průběhu zakázky a nalezení kritických míst

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou průběhu zakázky a nalezením kritických míst ve společnosti Strojírny a Stavby Třinec, s.r.o., která se specializuje na zakázkovou strojírenskou výrobu a stavební činnost pro tuzemské a zahraniční zákazníky. Teoretická část se věnuje vysvětlení pojmů, zaměřujících se na danou problematiku. Následuje analytická část, ve které je provedena charakteristika firmy a analýza průběhu zakázky. Na základě vyhodnocení analýz je identifikováno několik kritických míst, které narušuji hladký chod zakázek ve vybrané společnosti. V poslední části bakalářské práce jsou uvedeny návrhy, které cílí na zlepšení průběhu zakázek.

The bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of the contract´s progress and identification of the critical points in the company Strojírny a Stavby Třinec, lmc. The company focuses on the custom engineering production and construction activity for the domestic and foreign customers. The theoretical part is aimed at explaining concepts concentrating on the given issue. In the following analytical part, the characteristics of the company and the analysis of the contract´s progress are carried out. Based on the evaluation of the analyses, several critical points, which disturb the smooth running of contracts, are identified in the chosen company. The last part of the Bachelor thesis lists the proposals concentrating on the improving the process of contracts.
