Aplikace nových metod řízení údržby výrobních zařízení

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou údržby technických zařízení používaných ke zpracování vápence. Teoretická část práce pojednává o významu a potřebách údržby výrobních strojů a popisuje jednotlivé metody a používané systémy dle vývojových etap. Praktická část je věnována analýze metod řízení údržby ve firmě Vápenka Vitošov, s.r.o. Na základě analýzy údržby v podniku je vytvořen návrh nových metod jejího řízení, který se opírá zejména o využití technické diagnostiky. Cílem diplomové práce je snížení podílu reaktivní údržby výrobních zařízení a zvýšení celkové efektivity provozních linek.

This thesis focuses on the difficulty of maintenance of technical equipment used for limestone processing. The theoretical part of the thesis describes the signifikance of and need for maintaining the manufacturing machines. And the individual methods used throughout history. The practical part of the thesis outlines the analysis of the maintenance methods used by Vapenka Vitosov company. A new maintenance approach which mainly utilises technical diagnostics has been proposed to be applied in the company, based on the analysis carried out. The aim of the thesis is to reduce the proportion of reactive maintenance of the machinery and to increase the overall effectiveness of the operating lines.
