OTIPKA, J. Utilization of Solar Energy for the Detached House. Mojmír Vrtek, Ph.D. This thesis deals with the use of solar energy for the house, both in the variant thermosolor system, so in a variant using photovoltaic panels. In the beginning I write charakteristics of solar radiation energy of the sun and its transformation when it hit the Earth´s atmosphere and the planet´s surface. In next point, I distrubution a solar system. In the next section, I wil describe the basic variants of solar collectors and photovoltaic panels. In the practical part i calculate of the need to heat hot water. At the same heat demand count the necessary number of solar collectors or photovoltaic panels. I selet the required sub-elements of both systems. In the end I evaluate bots systems like as economic as environmental perspective.
