Abstract
Master thesis deals with the specific technology of spur gear production of hobbing shaping with ridge shaping knife of the type Maag and construction this tool on based of calculated parameters. The calculation is converted for tool on spur helical gear in three versions – straight teeth with tilt in the shaping maschine, helical teeth tool without tilt in the shaping maschine and helical teeth tool with tilt in the shaping maschine. Into the calculation are introduced angles grip of tool on the shaping machine, cutting geometry of tool and gear characteristics of the spur gear. The result of the thesis will be calculated individual parameters of knife in the coordinate system needed to the construction and the control pressure angle of the flank of ridge shaping knife depending on selected input parameters, that after being grip in the ram shaping machine and in the tool feed direction the edge of tool makes envelope involute tooth flank. The calculations are maked in program T-Flex CAD and summary output value is computer graphics 2D/3D view of the tool in the reference, normal and side plane.
