Abstract
The purpose of thesis is to describe theoretical principes of employee remuneration, analyse employee remuneration in Kontakt+ company, evaluate it and provide ideas to improve these proceses. Thesis is divided into two parts. First part is focused on theoretical principes. Kontakt+ company and its employee remuneration system is introduced, described, analysed and evaluated in following practical part. Final part of thesis introduces ideas of improvement.
