Abstract
This work analyses behaviour of customers on the market with hand disinfection through theoretical and practical knowledge.
First part of this work is aimed at characterising of Bochemie a.s. company, its history and production, examination of product PROSAVON and researching of the market with hand disinfection. Second part contains theory of analyses of customers’ behaviour and the third part is aimed at research procedure. Next part analyses customers’ behaviour – their knowledge of disinfection products, their attitude to buy them and to use them. Result of this work according to used analyses are recommendations about target group, packaging and labelling of the product, its price, size and its marketing communication.
