Vícekriteriální zhodnocení vybraných gymnázií Zlínského kraje

Abstract

The topic of this bachelor thesis is multi-criteria evaluation of selected grammar schools in the Zlín region. The thesis comprises a theoretical and a practical part. The focus of the theoretical part is the public sector, public service, and the education system up to the year 2019 as well as the new funding system which was introduced to selected schools on the 1. 1. 2020. The practical part of the thesis aims to evaluate the effect of the new funding system. The results show that the change in funding had no effect on any of the selected grammar schools. Among others the wage assets in education were analysed. Their amount and their share in the overall costs were deemed significant.
