Abstract

In the master thesis I propose the modernization of the hydraulic lifting of the cover of the hardening device, which works in the premises of the Válcovna trub TŽ. In the beginning of my work, I approach theoretically the problem of hardening of seamless tubes. I also worked out two alternatives for lifting the cover of a hardening device, which is lifted by two linear motors whose motion requires synchronization. Second alternative is decomposed into the final form. The design is subsequently provided with the necessary static calculations and a functional scheme of the circuit for controlling lifting of the cover of the hardening device is elaborated. Part of the master thesis is the specification of the used hydraulic circuit elements and the drawing of the linear hydraulic motor used in the application.
