Vibrodiagnostické měření a jejich aplikace na vybraných čerpadlech

Abstract

Témou bakalárskej práce je využitie metód technickej diagnostiky za účelom vyhodnotenia technického stavu čerpadiel. V úvodnej časti sú objasnené metódy vibračnej diagnostiky. V ďalšej časti práca obsahuje teoretický rozbor meraní vibrácií a konkrétne príčiny vzniku vibrácií. Práca taktiež obsahuje základne rozdelenie typov čerpadiel. V ďalšej časti sa práca zaoberá už praktickým využitím diagnostiky. Zahrňuje priebeh me-rania, popis meradla, získané hodnoty a samotné vyhodnotenie technického stavu riešených zariadení.

The theme of the Bachelor thesis is the use of the methods of technical Diagnostics in order to evaluate the technical condition of the pumps. In the introductory section is clarified by the method of vibration diagnosis. In the next part of this work contains a theoretical anal-ysis of the measurements of vibration and the specific cause of the vib-corporations. The work also contains the base distribution of types of pumps. The next section deals with the practical work already using the Diagnostics. The course includes the measurement, description of the instrument, the values obtained and the eval-uation of the technical condition of the equipment therein.
