Abstract

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na systém motivace a odměňování zaměstnanců. V práci jsou popsány základní teoretická východiska problematiky motivace, stimulace a odměňování zaměstnanců. Teoretické poznatky jsou následně aplikovány ve výrobní firmě. Zhodnocení konkrétního systému motivace, odměňování a spokojenosti zaměstnanců je součástí diplomové práce.

This thesis is focused on the system of motivation and remuneration of employees. This thesis describes the basic theoretical basis of the issue of motivation, stimulation and remuneration of employees. Theoretical knowledge is then applied in a manufacturing company. Evaluation of a specific system of motivation, remuneration and employee satisfaction is part of this thesis.
