Postavení vybrané firmy na trhu nerostných surovin

Abstract

Diplomová práce je zaměřená na vývoj hospodářské situace a konkurenční výhody společnosti Sedlecký kaolin a.s., která působí v odvětví těžby a výroby kaolinů, jílů, kameniva, bentonitů, zeolitů a dalších surovin. Na základě zjištěných skutečností pomocí vybraných strategických situačních analýz, hodnotí konkurenční situaci společnosti na trhu a schopnost vzdorovat konkurenčnímu tlaku ostatních firem. V této práci je dále uvedena charakteristika společnosti, její organizační struktura, charakteristika okolí podniku a definice strategických situačních analýz, mezi které patří PEST, SWOT analýza, Porterův model pěti sil a analýza vnitřního prostředí. V závěru této práce jsou uvedeny návrhy a opatření těchto analýz a shrnutí celé práce.

This thesis is focused on the development of economical situation and competition advantages of the company Sedlecký kaolin a.s. which operates in the field of mining and producing caolin, clay, stone, bentonite, zeolite and other materials. Based on information gathered by means of chosen strategic situational analyses it evaluates the competitive situation of the company on the market and its ability to face the competitive pressure from other companies. The thesis includes the description of the company, its structure, description of its surroundigs and defining the strategical situational analyses involving PEST, SWOT analysis, Porter’s five forces model and the inner company environment. The proposals and actions of theses analyses are outlined in the conclusion of this thesis.
