Analýza systému vzdělávání a rozvoje zaměstnanců ve vybrané organizaci

Abstract

The aim of this study was to analyze the system of education and development in the selected organization and to propose recommendations to improve the system of education in society Severomoravské vodovody a kanalizace Ostrava a.s. The first part was the theoretical part, which drew from professional literature. In the practical part was was important to analyze and evaluate from survey of the existing system of education and development in the organization and consequently to provide suggestions and recommendations for improvement.Proposals concerning mainly language courses, introduction of newer methods of education and focus on the selection of the correct educational institutions.The proposals should contribute to more effective learning in the organization.
