Návrh zařízení pro stanovení abrazivity sypkých materiálů

Abstract

This diploma thesis is dedicated to the development of a device, which can test the abrasivity of the bulk materials. The thesis was written in cooperation with the Schenck Process s.r.o. company. Within the development there were three printed concepts being tested and afterwards a new concept was designed. From the last concept there was designed a prototype, which was checked by the FEM analysis in the most indispensable spots. The thesis contains the complete drawing documentation. As a result, there was designed a device, which in theory enables the research of the bulk materials’ abrasivity with the material granularity identical to the one the Schenck Process s.r.o. is working with.
