Diagnostika energetických zařízení

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá aplikací technické diagnostiky na energetické zařízení v průmyslu. Práce obsahuje popis použitých metod potřebných k vyhodnocení měření vibrací na hydraulické stanici kovárenského lisu a popis této stanice. Měření bylo prováděno a zpracováno pod vedením firmy KOMA - Industry s.r.o. Ostrava. Cílem práce bylo vyhodnotit jednotlivá měření vibrací na strojních zařízeních hydraulické stanice a následné navržení opatření ke snížení vibrací. V závěrečné části práce byla shrnuta všechna měření do celkového ustanovení s návrhem jednotlivých opatření vhodných k zamezení vzniku hrozících defektů a zefektivnění celé technické diagnostiky jako nástroje údržby.

This thesis deals with the application of technical diagnostics on the energetic equipment in the industry. This thesis contains the description of methods needed for the evaluation of vibration measurements on a hydraulic station at a black smith industry station as well as a description of this station. The measurements were completed and reviewed under the direction of the KOMA - Industry Ltd. Ostrava. The objective of this theses was to evaluate single measurements of vibration on the hydraulic station machinery and then follow up with a proposition of acquisition for lowering the vibrations. The final part of the thesis contains a summary of all the measurements, which were put into the final assignment with a suggestion for an individual remedial measure. These measurements prevent impending defects and are also effective as a complete technical diagnosis providing an instrument of maintenance.
