Racionalizace výroby vnitřních čerpacích drážek

Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with the design of rationalization of the production of internal pumping grooves for various types of products (wet seals or gas seals). The introduction describes the current production technology. Due to the complexity of production and the requirement to save time, a new manufacturing technology was proposed, considering use of just one single machine. This is achieved by using a special tool that has been designed according to the necessary requirements. Purpose of this work is to increase efficiency, shorten machine times and achieve financial savings. At the end a technical and an economic evaluation was performed together with the necessary calculations.
