Abstract

Vedoucí bakalářské práce: Ing. Marek Jašek Ph.D. Předmětem bakalářské práce je zpracování projektové dokumentace polyfunkčního objektu ve stupni pro provedení stavby. Navržený objekt má čtyři nadzemní podlaží a kombinuje administrativní funkci s komerčním využitím v parteru, kde je situována kavárna. Součástí práce je technická zpráva ke stavební části, výkresová dokumentace a návrh konstrukčního řešení objektu. Dále práce obsahuje tepelně technické posouzení vybraných konstrukcí dle ČSN 73 0540-2 a statický návrh vybraného železobetonového prvku. Návrh konstrukce vychází z požadavků platných právních předpisů a technických norem. Projektová dokumentace, vypracována dle zadání a dle vyhlášky č. 131/2024 Sb. O dokumentaci staveb [1] ve znění zákona č.283/2024 Sb. – Stavební zákon [2]. Obsahuje technickou zprávu a výkresovou část. Součástí bakalářské práce je i tepelně technické posouzení skladby střešního pláště dle ČSN 73 0540-2 [3] a statický výpočet železobetonového průvlaku.

Thesis supervisor: Ing. Marek Jašek, Ph.D. The subject of this bachelor’s thesis is the preparation of project documentation for a mixeduse building at the level required for construction execution. The proposed building consists of four above-ground floors and combines administrative functions with commercial use on the ground floor, where a café is located. The thesis includes a technical report for the building part, drawing documentation, and the structural design of the building. Furthermore, it contains a thermal technical assessment of selected building structures in accordance with ČSN 73 0540-2 and a structural design of a selected reinforced concrete element. The structural design is based on applicable legal regulations and technical standards. The project documentation is prepared in accordance with the assignment and relevant legislation, in particular Decree No. 131/2024 Coll. on construction documentation [1], as amended by Act No. 283/2024 Coll. (Building Act) [2]. The thesis also includes a thermal assessment of the roof structure according to ČSN 73 0540-2 [3] and a structural analysis of a reinforced concrete beam.
