Univerzální mechanismus pohonu anténních systémů

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá konstrukčním návrhem univerzálního mechanismu pohonu anténního systému. Při konstrukčním návrhu jednotlivých součástí se vychází z daných požadavků mechanismu. V úvodu je zmíněna hlavní funkce radaru a možnosti použití. Následující kapitola obsahuje informace o vývoji radarů a jejich konstrukčních rozdělení. Dále se práce zabývá volbou pohonného ústrojí a konstrukcí hlavních částí mechanismu. Byly provedeny kontrolní výpočty hlavních částí, výpočet trvanlivosti ložisek a pevnostní kontrola navrženého ozubeného převodu.

This bachelor thesis deals with the design of universal driving mechanism of antenna system. The design of individual parts proceeds from the given mechanism's requirements. The main function of radar and possibilities of its usage are mentioned in the introduction. The following chapter contains information about the development of radars and their structural division. The thesis also deals with the choice of driving system and the design of mechanism's main parts. The check calculations of main parts along with the calculation of bearing's durability and strength calculation of designed gear transmission were performed.
