Abstract

This thesis deals with the optimum diagnostic hydrodynamic vertical pumps. It uses multiparametric system. It monitors the size of the mechanical vibrations, operational parameters, wear surface seals, fluid leakage of utility system and temperature bearings. Before proposing this diagnostic system was elaborated in detail the risk analysis as well. All phenomens were described (normal operation, expected and unexpected failure), which may occur during operation. For proper treatment of risk analysis of technical equipment was necessary to choose the right method for risk assessment of technical equipment. Used methods FMEA, FMECA enable to identify disorders with significant consequences that affect the function of service.
