Abstract

The diploma thesis focuses on the issue of hydraulic system. Extreme working conditions cause high failure rates. The problem arises in the life of the hydraulic oil, its heating to a high temperature and the low life of the rubber hydraulic line. The work describes the working environment of the binder, evaluation of the state before optimalization, optimalization of the hydraulic system, evaluation of the state after optimalization and monitoring the state after optimalization. In the end, the achieved results, other possibilities for improvement and possible adjustments are evaluated.
