Zvýšení efektivity systému údržby přípravků v konkrétním podniku implementací vybraných metod TPM

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá zvýšením efektivity údržby přípravků ve společnosti Honeywell Aerospace Olomouc s.r.o. Teoretická část pojednává o historii TPM a jejím vývoji a popisuje metody a postupy určené pro implementaci TPM. V části praktické je představena společnost Honeywell Aerospace Olomouc s.r.o., pro kterou byla nejprve zpracována analýza současného stavu z hlediska zavedené údržby. Následně je uvedeno posouzení situace, specifikace odhalených nedostatků a návrh optimálního řešení, které eliminuje neoptimální skladování, špatnou organizaci, neadekvátní zacházení s přípravky apod.

The bachelor thesis deals with the increase in the efficiency of maintance of preparations in the Honeywell Aerospace Olomouc Ltd company. The theoretical part concerns the history of TMP and its development and it describes methods and procedures determined for the implementation of TPM. In the practical part of the thesis the company Honeywell Aerospace Olomouc Ltd. is introduced and initially its analysis of its present-day state in the view of existed maintance is proccesed. Subsequently the assessment of state, the specification of revealed deficiency and the proposition of optimal solution which eleminates sub-optimal storage, wrong organization, inadequate manipulation with preparations etc. is presented.
