Abstract

Bachelor thesis deals with the topic working anti-corrosion steels and rationalization of production. The theoretical part starts with explanation of rationalization of work. Next part pursues the mapping working with anti-corrosion steels nowadays, especiallyto describe the qualities, chemical structure and machinability of anti-corrosion steels. The practical part of the thesis focusses on the draft of material changes. The part deals with evaluation of the wrong cutting conditions in the case of material 1.4301 (X5CrNi18-10) according to DIN 17 240. Moreover autor suggest the new cutting conditions and change of material for 1.4305 (X8CrNIS18-9) according to DIN 17243. In the conclusion to cover all aspects of the topic the autor evaluates the possible financial issues connected with drafted changes.
