Tvorba koncepce vzdělávání a rozvoje zaměstnanců ve vybrané organizaci

Abstract

The master´s thesis on theme „Creating Employee Training and Development System in a Selected Organization“ is focused on system improvement of development and employees education in company VÍTKOVICE ENVI a.s. In the first part is mentioned theoretic scope of this issue in compilation with related literature. Theoretic scope also shows on creation ways of education systems. In this part are also identified the basic concepts of this issue. After first introduction of company VÍTKOVICE ENVI a.s. in the second part is executed the analysis of present development and education system in cooperation with employee of personnel department . Then is evaluated safistaction of employee with this system through to questionnaire. On the basis of analysis results and questionnaire has created couple suggestions and recommendations leading to improvement current company´s education system. It is obvious, that education system in company is on very good level.
