Návrh technologického postupu obrábění zadané součásti pro firmu UNEX a.s.

Abstract

My bachelor thesis deals with the design of the technological process of machining components for the company Unex a.s., Olomouc branch. In this work, we focus on machining one of the many types of forgings, which serve as one of the components for truck assemblies. Above all, the optimization of threading and increased productivity in series production will be addressed with regard to the quality of this product. The introduction describes the company Unex a.s. In the theoretical part we get acquainted with the issues of turning, threading and programming of CNC machines. The technical part then contains an analysis of the existing technological process, a proposal for a new process and subsequent evaluation after implementation in production. Finally, the economic evaluation of the entire production with the help of economic parameters of the company Unex a.s.
