The diploma´s work is composed of three parts. The first part is dedicated to theoretical foundations of performance issues. These are defined by basic concepts, methods and accesses which are connected with this issue, and areas, at which the next part of the diploma work is aimed. The second part is focused on the application of the established procedures and methods to evaluate the performance of the Praclík, Inc. In the beginning of this part, there is an introduction to the company, then the analysis of the external environment, the financial analysis, the analysis of the internal factors, the analysis of efficiency, DEA analysis and the determining the value of EVA follow. In the third part, there are conclusions of the results from the previous parts and proposed measures and their implementation to improve the current level of performance Praclík, Inc.
