Využití úhlových hlav pro technologii frézování strojních součástí

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou výroby vnitřních drážek v redukčních válečcích pomocí úhlové hlavy. V úvodu je popis řešeného problému a technologie frézovací hlavy. Na základě technických parametrů výrobku, a stávající technologie jeho výroby, je navrženo několik rozdílných metod k porovnání s metodou předchozí a metodou výroby pomocí úhlové hlavy. Po popisu této metody a příslušných nástrojů je přikročeno k praktické části práce a to k návrhu přípravku pro upnutí redukčních válečku do stroje pro větší efektivitu výroby a srovnání úspor jak z hlediska strojních časů, tak z hlediska finančního.

Bachelor thesis deals with the production of internal grooves in the reduction rollers with an angle head. The introduction is a description of the problem and technologies milling head. Based on the technical parameters of the product, and existing technology of its production, it is proposed several different methods to compare with the previous method and the method of production using angle head. After a description of the method and corresponding tools is proceeded to the practical part and to the preparation of the proposal for reducing clamping roller into the machine for greater production efficiency and savings compared in terms of both machine times, and the financial angle.
